Shaun began his professional baseball career as a 36th-round draft pick by his hometown Philadelphia Phillies in 2008. After a couple of stints in independent ball, Shaun returned to the minor leagues with the Cincinnati Reds in 2013 where he was recognized as an All-Star.
A 10 year professional career has helped shape Shaun's coaching philosophy. The length of his career has allowed him to learn from a variety of coaches and curate the advice he felt helped him improve the most. The skills a player will learn under Shaun and his team of knowledgeable coaches will not only help them develop on the field, but help them learn life valuable life skills that apply off the field
